Drumming to Beat parkinson's
Rocky's Music Studio, along with Billy Amendola (Billy's Bubble) and Bob Girouard, is excited to announce the return of two rock music drumming legends coming together to BEAT Parkinson's Disease!
Join us for this special event featuring Corky Laing (Mountain; West, Bruce and Laing) and Liberty DeVitto (Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Elton John) for an afternoon of incredible drumming and insight into their approach to the drum set.
Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions, and a few lucky students will even get to play alongside Corky and Liberty, and receive pro-level advice!
There will also be a Meet 'n Greet with Corky & Liberty directly following the event.
ALL net proceeds will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research!
So let's all get together for a great afternoon of drums and stories and also contribute to a great cause!
